Winnifred Stewart offers Voting memberships on an annual basis.

Voting Memberships

Members who wish to be eligible to vote at our Annual General Meetings (AGM), must purchase a Voting membership, which is $25 a year. Winnifred Stewart staff members and their family members are not eligible to purchase a voting membership.

During the AGM, members in good standing are eligible to vote on any motion brought forward to the membership including:

• nomination to the Winnifred Stewart Board of Directors;

• voting for incoming Board Directors;

• approving Audited Financial Statements;

• appointment of the auditor;

• approving revisions to bylaws and name changes
